Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival 15 - Sydney

So yesterday, my friend Jade (of fashionsfirstdaughter)  and I went to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival in Sydney. We got to watch the Australian Luxe and Red Carpet Runway. I really enjoyed both shows, and had heaps of fun at the hub afterwards. 

Sure, not sitting in the front row had its photographic challenges, but eventually we found a way around it, our strategic leaning for a better view and praying that no one would sit in front of us paid off, because clearly my photos turned out pretty well for third row seats.

Some of my favorite collections came from Michael Lo Sordo, Carla Zampatti, Romance Was Born and Akira. Speaking of which, Akira was definitely my favorite, the hues of pink and orange, combined with flower motifs created an exciting modern Japanese twist. I honestly couldn't get enough, love, love, love it.   

Amazingly, we bumped into, well... more like forcefully grabbed the attention of Jess and Lucy from Australia's Next Top Model! They were absolutely amazing in the show, and incredibly beautiful and nice in real life. Their beauty and supreme achievements (considering they are the same age as me), was little intimidating, and Jade and I were slightly starstruck afterwards.
